Head down the paved trail. You will see four wooden benches. You want to go in between them. At this point it turns into a dirt trail and heads down a hill that curves to the left.
From 18th St. Turn into murdock park, and then take the next left. That takes you to a parking lot behind a school. From there you can head into the woods via a short paved trail.
